Sands Lake Place is under construction in Hangzhou China

Designed by DRDS, the 73 million dollar project consists of an office complex featuring a 150 meter feature tower, boutique hotel, luxury restaurants and a nightclub. The project is scheduled for completion in late 2017. The project is in collaboration with Greentown Metropolitan Architecture.
