The project is a 200,000sf creative office development located primarily along Stewart Street and the intersection of Colorado Avenue. It is a critical juncture that acts as a gateway to a new development area and residential neighborhoods. The project is comprised of 2 building s that are created by an extension of Pensylvania Avenue that sub-divides the site into two zones. Each parcel has a separate and individually designed building creating the opportunity to have two unique expressions within the same project. This enhances the neighborhood with diversity while providing tenant options to companies looking to locate their businesses in this new creative corridor.
