The Project is located in the Xiasha Metro central core area and is associated with the Hangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone (HEDA). The purpose of this project is to create a beautiful and vibrant urban environment located around a man-made lake on the outskirts of Hangzhou, China. The site is part of the Sands Lake central business district which is adjacent to Sands Lake Beach and a new Metro Line that opened in 2012. The project caters to affluent Chinese and International clientele.  It consists of 3 office providing a variety of office space for Chinese businesses looking for office locations that meet the high demands of their companies. There is a 100-meter tall signature tower that offers commanding views of the surrounding area. The design maximizes southern views creating a presence for businesses that are looking for premier office space that will aid in defining their company brand.
