The design is a large mixed-use project in the Doksan-dong Gumchum-gu district west of Seoul, Korea. The multi-block master plan development includes a 150M highrise with offices/condominiums, hotel, residential towers and a retail podium. The project meets criteria specified by the Seoul Metropolitan Government Building Committee fo iconic buildings that are innovative and unique. Residential towers meet sustainable goals by the implementation of 40%-50% solidity in the building facades.
