The project is a 20,000 seat spectator stadium for the soccer team Dam. It is contained within an eroded stone envelope that also houses a 6-star luxury hotel and retail facilities. There are 109 luxury VIP suites and a retractable concertina roof that protects crowds during the extreme sunlight of the day. In the late evening and nighttime, it can be retracted to create an open-air venue that connects spectators with the sky.
