Loyalty, unity, and honor are the three oaths of the special force. The basic concept of the masterplan is derived from spirits of the three oaths. The three focal points on the plan represent each oath and their distinctive programs, the honor (the memorial park), the present (the grounds), and the future of the honor (the headquarters). The strong circular network strengthens the connections and organizations between different entities and activities on the complex.
