Frequency is an invisible signal that allows omnipresence, the energy of a single person connected simultaneously with anyone else on our planet. This is the morphology for the physical manifestation of SITC. The building consists of an IT center, cultural contents center, media center, experience information center, U-EXPO, digital theaters, digital amusement arena, multi-purpose hall and JOY museum. The design is an amalgamation of multiple complex programs arranged logically based on functional constraints. These programs are wrapped with a ubiquitous skin, representing the interface between human beings and information technology.
