The design for the Asan Baebang mixed-use project features a 70 storey landmark tower for a privately financed redevelopment project located in Asan, Korea. The program includes office, hotel, residential condominiums, a commercial bank and exhibition halls. The diagrid structure provides column-free space and a cost-effective solution for multi-use program and planning solutions. The angular facade creates a crystalline effect that dynamically reflects and harmonizes with the sky.
