The project is for a research and office complex to be located on the Texas A+M campus in College Station, Texas. The program includes a two-story 51,000 SF research building, a 3 story 45,000 SF research facility, 3-story 90,000 SF office building with an atrium and a data center. Additional features include a 9,500 SF commons pavilion with associated cafe, fitness center, conference facility and a central plant. Featured Nano Laboratory clean rooms are designed to include 6 double-wide MRC's (Prefabricated Modular Clean Rooms). The design provides a modern and sleek new vision for the campus promoting a research environment through intelligent planning, creative interactive zones, and sustainable cladding.
