The project is a 17,500sm outpatient facility constructed to an OSHPO - 3 standard on the campus of Scripps Memorial Hospital. The program consists of business offices, imaging, clinic admin, lab, gastroenterology, interventional cardiology, outpatient cath labs, neurology, surgery, infectious disease, diabetics, endocrinology, and nephrology facilities. Scripps Health is a premier healthcare system recognized for delivering compassionate and unparallel patient care through clinical quality, advanced technology, research and innovation. The design faces the main campus plaza and communicated a modern design that is aligned with Scripps vision of the future of healthcare. The building has a flexible floor plan and is designed to meet the standards of sustainability.
