Ttukseom
Highrise
The project features two 51-story condo/hotel towers that are designed for Korea's elite. The buildings, located in an area called the Seoul Forest and adjacent to the Han River, are part of a mixed-use project for Daelim Construction. Design features include 300sm luxury units with 270-degree views of the Han River, Seoul Forest, and surrounding mountains. The luxury condominiums will be the most expensive in the nation. The towers are sustainable, using natural light and ventilation to achieve the highest levels of Green Building Certification in Korea. Floor to ceiling glass employs technologies that mitigate heat gain while providing expansive views of the city. The design provides residents with the ultimate feeling of "living in the sky".
