The master plan vision for Sangsong Bromex and the City of Goyang is to create a new and iconic business community that is centered around "quality of life". Called the Bromex Hillside Plexus, it is integrated and configured to create high-value real estate property. synergies between uses. The signature of this master plan concept is an enhanced natural environment, called the PLEXUS, that creates connectivity throughout the development. It is currently envisioned that Phase I will be utilized for a development of 250,000 square meters of urban factories followed by multiple phases fo venture offices, software development offices, commercial buildings, retail, support amenities and cultural facilities.
