The project is located in Langfang City, Hebei Province, Gu'an. It is a new sports facilities project designed to meet the diverse operations and business needs for professional sports in this region of China. The site area is 12,000sm with a FAR of 2.08. The main program of 24,960sm features a multi-purpose basketball hall, training hall and swimming pool. The additional program includes soccer, track + field, tennis couts, fitness center and retail. The project was commissioned by China Fortune. Land Development Co., Ltd.
