Song Yugui was born in 1940 in Shandong Province. He is a famous artist in China and is considered one of the countries modern masters. He has received numerous medals for his work and is exhibited in museums throughout the world. He is the Director of Liaoning Province National Gallery fo Fina Art. The Song Yugui Gallery is a 15,000sm Art Gallery primarily for the exhibition fo Mr. Song's work. The gallery is envisioned as a cultural facility for tourism and will be constructed in time for the 2013 China National Games. The project consists of 2 levels of exhibition space, the artist's private studio, and public support program. The project is located on the Huen River bend in the city of Shenyang.
